Returns and Refunds
Products that are ready for use may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
No returns will be accepted for products that are custom-made, made on order, or created by request. These items are specially made to your specifications, and once produced, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, they are excluded from our return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product. Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account after the return is processed.
As noted, custom-made, personalized, hygiene-related, or opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Any request for a return on these items will be declined.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom and Made-to-Order Products: Orders for custom-made or made-to-order items may take additional time to process. These items will be shipped once they are ready for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your item is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, shipping address, and the delivery method chosen.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions or discounts on shipping charges from time to time. Please check our website or newsletter for special offers.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• Domestic Shipping: We offer domestic shipping across India. Estimated delivery time for orders within India is typically 5–7 business days.
• International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery time for international orders may vary based on location and customs processing and is typically 7–21 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
4. Delivery Issues and Delays
• Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Petlantis is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, factors such as bad weather, customs delays, and holidays can cause unexpected delays. We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of such delays.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier attempts to deliver your package and is unable to do so, they will leave a notice. Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange for a re-delivery or pickup. Petlantis is not responsible for any returned packages due to failed delivery attempts.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
• Customs Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs Declaration: We declare the full value of the merchandise on the customs declaration forms. The customs declaration is completed according to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• Restricted Locations: Some remote locations may have limited shipping availability. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you via email.
7. Shipping via Third-Party Carrier
• Third-Party Shipping: All orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as courier companies and postal services. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the third-party carrier until delivery is made.
• Shipping Delays by Third-Party Carriers: While we select trusted and reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the third-party shipping carriers. This includes delays due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit by the third-party carrier, please contact us immediately. We will help you file a claim with the carrier; however, Petlantis is not responsible for any damages or loss once the package is with the carrier.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
• If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make changes or cancel it.
• For customized products, cancellations or modifications are not accepted once the production process has begun.
